Adam Sevdalis, Managing Director

​

Adam Sevdalis is the Managing Director of Leading Healthcare.  Adam is an accomplished commercial advisor and is highly regarded for his strategic thinking and bringing exceptional commercial insight to the table.  He boasts extensive experience in divesting, acquiring and merging healthcare, aged care, home care and seniors living operations including preparing businesses for divestment (including preparing information memoranda) and sourcing acquisition opportunities and strategic partners.  In addition to his ability to manage, negotiate and execute complex transactions, his experience also includes strategic planning, management and structuring, investment analysis, undertaking complex feasibility studies and advising on aged care, seniors living and health facility planning and infrastructure roll-outs.  Adam is very active within the health, aged care and seniors living sectors and has extensive contacts and networks within these sectors.  He was formerly a director of Castlemaine Health, during which he spent 2 years as the chairman and 2 years as the treasurer.  He also frequently presents at key industry conferences and was a finalist for the “Future Leader of the Year” award at the Property Council of Australia Innovation and Excellence Awards.

David Knight, Senior Advisor, Aged Care and Seniors Living

In the aged care, seniors living and home care space, Adam is primarily supported by David Knight, Senior Advisor.  Prior to joining Leading, David held senior management roles at Lyndoch Living Inc., Royal Freemasons Homes and Eventide Lutheran Homes.  David brings a unique perspective to his advisory work given his extensive operational knowledge and experience.  He truly understands the challenges facing the aged care, home care and seniors living industries and how to structure, redevelop, invest in, review and adjust assets and operations to suit new and changing market conditions.

Ian Fisher, Senior Advisor, Health and Hospitals

In the health and hospitals space, Adam is primarily supported by Ian Fisher, Senior Advisor.  Ian is an experienced executive and has previously held a number of executive roles both nationally and internationally including CEO of Castlemaine Health, CEO of Anglicare NT, Executive Director Corporate Services at Bendigo Health, CEO at Swan Hill District Health and Vice President – Corporate Services Al Seef Hospital Kuwait.  Because of his many years in executive roles, Ian has strong management and leadership skills and he enjoys coaching and mentoring new executives to impart these skills.  His extensive operational knowledge and experience means he is able to provide pragmatic advice on a broad range of operational issues facing the health and hospital sectors including with respect to strategic planning, change management and business transformation.

Bill Tsimis, Senior Business Analyst

Bill is an experienced operational and investment professional with knowledge and insight into the aged care sector.  He has held numerous senior positions in the retail, manufacturing and FMCG sectors and is adept at leading and managing large teams through cultural and operational change.  His passions lie in driving business improvement and organisational and profit growth and he has a proven track record in the aged care sector of reducing the cost of doing business.
