Proof of concept & feasibility analysis

We assist our clients to evaluate the feasibility of, and risks associated with, potential healthcare, aged care and seniors living solutions, restructures and infrastructure projects.  This includes: 

  • agreeing a clear and shared understanding of the project and your operational and commercial objectives in relation to the project;

  • understanding the key relevant trends which impact on the project including relevant commercial trends, industry regulatory reforms and funding reforms;

  • undertaking an operational analysis to ensure the project is functional and meets the needs of residents/patients and the broader community;

  • conducting extensive stakeholder consultations to ensure that our analysis and recommendations take into account all stakeholder interests;

  • commissioning conceptual designs for the project that respond to both the market demand assessment and service and product definition phases;

  • undertaking a financial feasibility assessment that includes analysis of all costs, the potential revenue streams derived, the likely returns on investment and a comprehensive cash flow analysis;

  • determining the appropriate development and delivery considerations which will impact on your ultimate decision whether to proceed with a project; and

  • preparing funding submissions.

We also assist our clients to prepare proposals and business cases for Board approval and establish governance systems to ensure that Boards are able to make the right strategic decisions.  We are highly experienced in options assessment and risk analysis and have an ability to integrate complex data and concepts to clearly communicate our clients' business and funding needs to Board level.
